How to reach us

Support runs over email while we are pre-launch. There is no phone line and no chat widget, and we would rather say so than point you at a queue nobody is watching.

Write to admin@gridzy.io. We read every message and reply as quickly as we can. Gridzy is a small operation, so a message sent during a busy game weekend may wait until the games are over.

What to include

The more of this you can give us, the faster we can help:

• The board link, if your question is about a specific board.
• Whether you were hosting the board or claiming a square on it.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• The device and browser you were using, for example iPhone with Safari, or Windows with Chrome.
• A screenshot, if something looked wrong on screen.

Trouble signing in

Hosts sign in by clicking a one time link we email. If the link has not arrived, check your spam folder and confirm you used the same address you signed up with. Sign in links expire, so if yours has gone stale, request a fresh one. If it still does not work, email us and tell us the address you tried.

Privacy, data, and deletion requests

Requests to access, correct, or delete your information go to the same address, admin@gridzy.io. Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold and what we need from you to verify the request.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email admin@gridzy.io with the details and please give us a chance to fix it before sharing it publicly. We will confirm receipt as quickly as we can.

Reporting abuse

If someone is using a board to harass others or is breaking our Terms of Service, send us the board link and a description of what is happening. We can remove content and suspend accounts.
